Wave 2. Well, what is there to say about it? Probably a bit too much. So I’ll keep it as short as possible. Wave 2 gave most of us an undescribed anxiety that we many collectors haven’t felt since, well, the last Mattel ThunderCat was released back in 2016. It’s not the same scenario, but we all know that this wave was produced at the Mattel factory, so the connotation was still there in some way. Unfairly perhaps. Let’s therefore get the unpleasantness out of the way first.
